Grandfather to Chris, Keira-Leigh, Ben and Daisy. Funeral service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Thursday 18th October at 10.45 am. Family flowers only please, but donations payable to NICU maybe sent to William Adlam Funeral Services, 68A Locks Hill, Frome, BA11 1NH
